Purpose of Use for Personal Information
  • Management and operations of real estate for residential and commercial use.
  • Consulting services related to asset securitization using the Asset Securitization Act.
  • Ownership, selling, purchasing, leasing, renting, management of real estate, as well as brokerage, agency, mediation, and appraisal services.
  • Planning, design, construction, supervision, contracting, and consulting related to buildings and their facilities.
  • Providing fitness business services, and related services such as application reception, administrative procedures, and member management.
  • All business incidentals to the above.
    • For introducing products and services from our affiliates and partners that we believe may be useful to our customers.
    • For market survey, analysis, or other marketing activities by us.
    • For exercising rights and fulfilling obligations under the law.
  • Provision of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes of use.

Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information only to the extent that it was agreed upon by customers. If it is necessary to use personal information beyond this scope, we inform the purpose in advance, and customers can refuse to use it at their own discretion if they do not agree with the new purpose.
Provision and Deposit of Personal Information
We will not provide or deposit personal information collected from customers to any third parties except in the following cases.
  • When the customer has given consent.
  • When the customer cannot be personally identified from its disclosure.
  • When it is outsourced to another company to assure smooth business. However, in this case, we will select a company that takes sufficient measures to protect personal information and implement necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourcer.
  • When required by law. (e.g. with a warrant under Article 218 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.)
  • When it is necessary to protect the life, physical safety, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain their consent. (in the case of an emergency situation, such as an accident or disaster.)
  • When it is particularly necessary for improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain their consent.
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or local government or a person or entity entrusted by such a body to carry out affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person is likely to interfere with the execution of such affairs.(e.g., when cooperating with a voluntary police investigation, however, the personal information protection manager will decide whether or not to cooperate.)
  • When there are other proper reasons.
