    We recognize the importance of personal information as a total real estate management company, offering such as property management (revenue and tenant management of rental housing) business and real estate development business, and all personnel engaged in our business must comply with our personal information compliance program (called “Personal Information Protection System”) and by handling all personal information accurately and securely, we keep it protected and make sure that we live up to the trust.
  2. Purpose of the Personal Information Protection System Regarding Personal Information
    We implement the following for the proper handling of personal information.
    We gather, use, provide, and outsource personal information properly and it will not be used for any other purposes.
    In particular, regarding the disposal of personal information, we establish standards to make perfectly sure and regulations to operate.
    In order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, we manage personal information safely and appropriately, take corrective measures in the event of an incident, take preventative measures to prevent such an incident from occurring, and actively work to continuously improve our program with regards to the protection of personal information.

    The company president and employees keep up-to-date and comply with the laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding personal information.
    We appoint a personal information protection manager, who shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the personal information protection system and shall perform its duties.
    We request the companies and individuals with whom we do business to cooperate with us in achieving the goals of this policy as necessary.
    We strive for establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve our personal information protection system (Compliance Program).
  4. Response to Inquiries about Personal Information
    If an individual (or their proxy) requests the disclosure, correction, use, or suspension of provision of personal information held by us, we promptly respond the request upon verification of individual’s identity.
    We also respond to questions and concerns about our handling of the personal information.
    However, regard to deletion of information, if it is in conflict with legal storage obligations, there may cases unable to respond your request.

    If you request to send the answers by "Person-only receipt mail", a handling fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
